Deathly Hallows

Well, I’ve read it and I liked it rather a lot. And that is all you are going to get out of me except on a one-to-one basis until I have written my review and the TLS publish it a week on Thursday.

Sorry to be mean.

I’m really looking forward to your review a week on Thursday.
My friend in Waterstone’s Stratford-upon-Avon told me that despite the continuing downpour and the flooding 300+ people turned out for their midnight opening. The site I post on is very quiet as half the people there are still rushing through the book or recovering.
From the outside looking in – I have a few reservations but I cannot believe the Harry Potter phenomenon is anything other than a good thing.
