    That’s just brilliant. I watched it again… and again… and again…

This reminds me of a John Campbell editorial about whether it would be considered murder if you just slightly increased the risk of someone dying, but did it again and again and again.

If ever there was a film with the potential for the line “Uri Geller! My Hero!”, this would be it.

Oh, excellent, thank you for finding this. I saw THSMWTEIW in February at a horror film festival here and have been waiting for an online or DVD to share it with other. Thank you for finding this.

(The director was present for the screening I was at and commented afterward that due to the nature of film trailers he had to film 3-4 minutes for every one-second cut in the trailer, so that he had more than enough footage to make a ninety-minute film and was considering doing so, just to have a ninety-minute extra feature on the DVD release of a ten-minute movie. He was positive the ninety-minute version would be monotonous and essentially unwatchable but he might actually do it.)

That would be so much funnier if it was way shorter.

Actually, I really don’t agree. Part of the point is that it goes on and on and on – yes, I can imagine that the three minute version would seem funnier at the time. but you would not remember it, whereas this stays with you.

It’s all to do with instant or delayed gratification.
